Project entitled: “Integrative Computational Analysis to Drive Discovery of microRNA-mediated Regulatory Networks in HPV induced Cervical Cancer”
Qualifications: Candidates must have M.Sc in Computer Science/Mathematics with first class academic record since 10th class. Desirable Qualifications: Documented experience in Mathematical and computer science with strong programming skills in Matlab, R, C/C++, Perl/Python with knowledge of algorithms and an interest in applying them to modern biology.
Age: 28 years as on 25th March, 2014
Pay Scale : Rs.16,000 CSIR/UGC NET qualified candidates; Rs.12,000/- + 20% HRA for others
